旅游日记Dear diary,
I just came back from an amazing trip to Singapore, the city-state known as the "Lion City". I was fascinated by the vibrant culture, delicious food, and stunning architecture of this modern metropolis. I visited many popular attractions and here are some of my highlights.
My first stop was the Marina Bay Sands, an iconic landmark that features a hotel, casino, shopping mall, and an observation deck. I went up to the SkyPark and was awestruck by the panoramic views of the city skyline and the Gardens by the Bay. The Supertree Grove, a cluster of vertical gardens, was a sight to behold. It was like stepping into a futuristic world!
The next day, I went to Sentosa Island, a resort island with a myriad of attractions. I visited the Universal Studios Singapore and had a thrilling time on the roller coasters and rides. The S.E.A. Aquarium was also impressive, with over 100,000 marine creatures on display. I even got to see the majestic manta rays up close!
One of my favorite places was the Chinatown district. It was bustling with energy and had a rich history and culture. I visited the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum, a stunning temple that houses a sacred relic of Buddha. The colorful shophouses were also a delight to see, with their intricate designs and vibrant hues. I even got some souvenirs from the street vendors selling traditional handicrafts and trinkets.
Of course, I couldn't leave Singapore without trying its famous cuisine. I indulged in some delicious hawker food at the Maxwell Food Centre, where I had the iconic Hainanese chicken rice, char kway teow, and satay. The flavors were explosive and the prices were affordable. I also had some high tea at the Fullerton Bay Hotel, a luxurious experience with stunning views of the Marina Bay.
Overall, Singapore was a fantastic destination that exceeded my expectations. The people were friendly, the transportation was efficient, and the attractions were top-notch. I would highly recommend this city-state to anyone who loves to travel and explore new cultures.
